Wax Museum

Aubrey's 5th grade class had the assignment to pick a person who has made a difference in our wonderful Nation.  She then had to write a biography and conjure up a costume for the "Wax Museum".  She said it was pretty difficult holding her pose for an hour!  Can you guess who she was?  Here are a few hints~

She lived February 7, 1867 – February 10, 1957.

She was a school teacher by the age of 16.

She wrote a whole series of books based on her childhood.

Yes, Aubs--good job! Brooke's class elected not to participate. That Mr. Lynn is a rebel. I'm sure it was a lovely event.
