My sister is visiting from Central America. She is here to get knee surgery ..... And I am leaving town! I'm taking my girls for their annual visit to Shriners Childrens Hospital in Philly for follow up on their scoliosis. Good thing my mom will be here to take care of my sis .... or check out the sales at the mall! Find anything good, mom?
