Ethics, Anyone?

Tom and I attended the 12th Annual New Mexico Ethics in Business Awards Dinner.  It was a great evening put on by the Albuquerque Samaritan Counseling Center.

The keynote speaker asked the attendees a question that has stuck with me since the dinner.  If you went grocery shopping, spent lots of money, and once you arrive home while unloading all your bags, you find a pack of gum that you didn't pay for.  What do you do?  I was so disappointed with myself when I realized that I wasn't as ethical as I thought I was!  I'm going to strive to do better, to always do what is right.
