The girls and I took Tom out for sushi for his birthday dinner. It was so, so yummy. Then we came home and had cake. I made him a homemade carrot cake with maple cream cheese frosting. Update on Tom's B-day

I tried to call and get an update on the girls and school and new Tom's BD was near. I hope you got him a present from Grandma and Charlie. We are in Valdez tonight and will go back to Tok tomorrow and head south and hope for some good weather along the way. We spent so much money in Homer, we camped out for the past 3 nights (Seward, Chickaloon) and our living high on the hog again here in Valdez. Can't seem to upload pictures so can't blog.
