Apple Pie in a Bag~

I was inspired this morning by another blogger ~ Trainwreck. She baked homemade rolls for her cowboy. You can click on her site below:

So anyway, I decided to use the rest of the Jonathan Apples (homegrown in my Dad's orchard) to make some pies. I am not much of a baker, but I have made 6 of these pies in the last month or so! It is an easy recipe with only 6 ingredients. And the clean up is so easy!
I think you can click on the picture to make it bigger, if needed.

(Please pretend that you don't notice how dirty my oven is.)

Don't those look pretty? You know how Trainwreck made those rolls for her hubby...my poor, sweet husband does not get these pies. I'm going to give them away!
