Well, when your little 11 month old swallows a rock, it must come out one way or another.Amber's rock lodged in her intestines and had to come out via emergency surgery.
Star didn't seem to mind the 5 day break from all Amber's puppy-love while she was in the Animal Hospital.
She is doing better now and came home yesterday. She is having a small meal of chicken/rice every 2 hours and 8 pills a day!Ludicrous!!
Please, stay away from rocks!

That is absolutely amazing! I am so sorry for you, your puppy, and your check book. I had better warn Hank what can happen if he decides to chew on rocks. Geez Louise. That sounds like highway robbery.
OMG, I'm so glad my dog doesn't eat everything in sight. Well, just small female dogs, but she hasn't actually ingested one yet. I don't think my first car cost that much.
